Beautifully made counter top chilled display unit suitable for display of fresh mean or fresh fish. It has sliding doors to the rear and also a sliding "up and over" door to the front. So the unit can be use for serve over or self serve. The unit holds three 1/1 gastronorm pans which can be up to 65mm deep or you can place the product straight onto the display deck. Great for use in cafe's and restaurants or delis. We would recommend displaying fish on a bed of crushed ice.
